We're the Hill Family. At the beginning of 2019 we purchased a modernized log cabin built in 1820 on 20 acres. The logs on the exterior of the cabin are hand-hewn, virgin pine. They are still going strong today and probably all that’s left of the original cabin. Around the 1950’s the cabin was modified heavily with a new basement, handmade doors, all new wooden interior, and floor plan changes. In 2007 it was remodeled even further to bring the cabin up to today’s standards, with all new wiring, plumbing, roof, etc. When we bought the cabin we painted every wall inside with fresh white or gray paint to give it that farmhouse look, sanded down the floors, threw up all new light fixtures, and renovated a room in the basement for our home gym and home school classroom. Future plans include turning the carport into a garage and major bathroom and kitchen updates. The property has a natural spring fed pond and another natural spring that starts in the middle of the property. The north side of the property is dedicated to hunting and trail rides, while the southern half is used for livestock, fishing, and crops.

Our goal is to raise and sell ADGA and AGS registered Nigerian Dwarf goats with fantastic milk and show genetics. With the goats that we retain for breeding we aim to use their milk for raw consumption, cheeses, soaps, and other personal products. We also aim to breed and train Anatolian Shepherds to guard livestock on farms all across the US. Thanks to our chickens we have eggs for sale year round. With apple trees, peach trees, blueberry and blackberry bushes located on our farm we plan to make various jams and jellies for sell to the public. Follow us along our adventure as we learn along the way!
